Troubleshooting - 3D Printer

Filament cannot be extruded during printing.
  1. Make sure filament is deeply inserted into the correct hole on top of the extruder.
  2. If filament is tangled, untangle it.
  3. Make sure the printing temperature is correct. (usually between 210-220 Celsius degree)
  4. Try to clean the congested nozzle: heat up the nozzle and pull out filament, then insert a thin iron bar into the filament hole on top of the extruder harder to squeeze the residue out of nozzle.

Printing is fine, but the 3D printer makes knocking sound.
  1. Make sure the printing temperature is correct.
  2. Adjust the gap between nozzle and print bed.
The extruded filament is either very thin or very thick.

Make sure the temperature is set to the correct value as descibed on the filament box. Please note that filament from different brand might take different temperature.

When printing begins, the print platform won’t go up.

When printing is done, the 3D printer makes knocking sound.
  1. Turn off the 3D printer and clean plastic residule under the print platform.
  2. If no obstacles found, please contact help@3dpanospace.com.cn for technical support.
When printing, the printing temperature is not correct. (either lower than 5 Celsius degree or stays at certain temperature)

When the 3D printer turns on, it makes knocking sound.
  1. Turn off the 3D printer and clean plastic residue under the print platform.

Troubleshooting - PanoBuilder

After upgrade touch screen, it turns white screen.
  1.  Download latest PanoBuilder and upgrade again.
  2. Sometimes the USB port is loose or with dust. Please try to connect to other USB port.
Printing stops unexpectedly.
  1. Download latest PanoBuilder and upgrade the firmware.
  2. If it happens when using USB cable, please try to connect to other USB port. Or try to print using TF card.
  3. If it happens when using TF card, please check if the printing temperature is correct on the touch screen.
  4. Contact help@3dpanospace.com.cn for technical support.
Software crashes.
  1. Download latest PanoBuilder and try it again.
  2. If it is the latest one, please contact help@3dpanospace.com.cn and describe how to reproduce the crash.
Some files on TF card are lost, for example, only 2 models are displayed when 3 are copied.
  1. Download latest PanoBuilder and upgrade the firmware.
  2. Format the TF card and try again.
